Product Payment Information
For high-value payments, the card company may call to verify for safety.
If during the authentication process, it is determined that a stolen card or an order in someone else's name has been used, the order may be held or canceled at our discretion.
For bank transfers, the purchase amount can be paid via PC banking, internet banking, phone banking, or directly at a nearby bank.
The depositor's name entered at the time of order must match the actual depositor's name, and payment must be made within 7 days. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.

- Shipping Cost: 0฿ for random box, the shipping cost of the actual product is proportional to the weight of the product.
- Shipping Period: Immediate for random box payment, 3 to 14 days for physical items
- Shipping Information: Additional charges may apply for remote areas or islands.
The products you ordered will be shipped after payment confirmation.
However, the delivery of the product may be slightly delayed depending on the product type.
Exchange and Return Information
Cases where exchange and return are possible
- Within 7 days from the day you received the product. However, for electronic products, exchange/return is not possible if the package is opened or the packaging is damaged and the product's value is lost.
- If the item you received does not match what is displayed or advertised, you must notify the company within 7 days of opening.

- If the product is lost or damaged due to your responsibility. However, this does not apply if the package was damaged to check the contents of the product.
- If the package is opened or the packaging is damaged and the product's value is lost.
(For example: electronics, food, records, etc. However, returns/exchanges for defective pixels on LCD monitors, laptops, digital cameras, etc., follow the manufacturer's standards.)
- If the product's value has significantly decreased due to your use or partial consumption. However, this only applies to cosmetics if trial products were provided.
- If the product's value has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult.
- If the packaging of reproducible products is damaged.
